§ 122-782. Permitted principal uses.

The following uses are permitted without exception in the medium industrial (M-2) district:

Residential uses: None permitted.

Retail uses:

Furniture store, with a minimum of 10,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Home garden/hobby farm equipment sales, subject to requirements of section 122-1220.

Used merchandise store, subject to the requirement of section 122-283.
