§ 122-1264. Wall on property lines.

  • Where plots to be used for service stations abut on any property which is residentially zoned or zoned B-1, there shall be a wall of good quality and design on all property lines other than street lines. The wall shall be five feet in height, except that where the wall extends to within 15 feet of and at an angle to a street line, no wall or any other obstruction shall be permitted. Such wall shall be continuous and unpierced, except that a wall along an alley line may have a three-foot opening, which shall be closed by a substantial gate when the opening is not in use.
