§ 110-81. Intent.

Latest version.

It is the intent of this chapter to allow nonconforming signs and sign structures permitted before March 8, 1983, and permitted prior to subsequent changes to this chapter, which make certain signs and sign structures nonconforming, to continue until they are no longer used, but not to encourage their survival. Such signs are hereby declared incompatible with the overall intent of this chapter.
