§ 110-51. Work requiring permit.

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, alter, materially and structurally repair, relocate or demolish within the city any sign, excluding the sign face, without having first obtained a permit therefor, when the cost of such work, including labor and materials, exceeds $100.00.
