§ 110-51. Work requiring permit.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, alter, materially and structurally repair, relocate or demolish within the city any sign, excluding the sign face, without having first obtained a permit therefor, when the cost of such work, including labor and materials, exceeds $100.00.
