§ 10-358. Attendance by special police officer.

There shall be in attendance at a teenage dance during all times a special police officer in uniform, provided at the expense of the sponsor, which officer may be either an off-duty police officer of the police department, a member of the police department reserve, or a deputy sheriff of the county.
