§ 10-110. Change of name of establishment.

Latest version.

No licensee may change the name of an adult use establishment unless and until he satisfies each of the following requirements:
(1)

Gives the building department 30 days' notice in writing of the proposed name change;

(2)

Pays the building department a change of name fee of $25.00; and

(3)

Complies with F.S. § 865.09.
