§ 10-44. Permit for erection of temporary structure.

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, cause to be erected, or maintain any temporary structure to be used as a carnival, circus, show or exhibition within the city without having made application for and receiving a permit and paying a fee in the amount of $10.00 for the permit, plus $3.00 for each $1,000.00 of valuation.
