§ 106-172. Prohibition on discrimination.

Latest version.

No person shall violate the provisions of:
(1)

42 USC chapter 45 (the "Federal Fair Housing Act");

(2)

F.S. ch. 760, pt. II (the "Florida Fair Housing Act"); or

(3)

Any regulations implementing the Federal Fair Housing Act or the Florida Fair Housing Act.
