§ 106-151. Findings.

(a)

On November 17, 2009, the city adopted resolution 2010-10 pursuant to which the city made certain findings and determinations as set forth therein including the designation of the City of Ocala Enterprise Zone (the "enterprise zone"), the creation of an enterprise zone development agency, and the creation and adoption of a strategic plan, all pursuant to F.S. §§ 290.001—290.016, (the "Florida Enterprise Zone Act").

(b)

On December 18, 2012, city adopted resolution 2013-23 pursuant to which the city made certain findings and determinations as set forth therein including revisions to the boundaries of the enterprise zone.

(c)

The findings of such resolutions are incorporated herein.
