§ 106-101. Purpose of article.

The purpose of this article is to encourage new construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing in the city by offering a housing incentive fund to offset city-imposed development charges and allowing relaxation of certain development requirements for developers of new affordable housing units. These benefits are intended to promote affordable housing while maintaining quality construction and site design.
