§ 106-38. Amendments generally.

(a)

The comprehensive plan may be amended pursuant to F.S. §§ 163.3184, 163.3187, 163.3189 and 166.041, and, where applicable, section 106-39.

(b)

All proposed plan amendments shall be prepared or reviewed by the planning and zoning commission, which shall hold at least one public hearing on the proposed amendment and shall make recommendations to the city council regarding the amendment.
